I had an account with Fnb which is prescribed two years ago, they now say there was a summons sent out in 2021 a year after the account was prescribed. I moved to another province in 2019 and have not heard from Fnb from 2018. When I requested this summons they refuse to send it to me because there is no summons. You are *****s and what you doing is *******. I have seen many write ups from the Ombudsman and NCR saying banks are holding customers accountable for prescribed debts and it’s *******. It’s also ******* to state something and withholding documentation when requested. I need answers before I take this further for lying with false summons.
