I don't even want to give them a star. They becoming the worst bank to bank with. I have been struggling to link my Paypal account with my FNB bank account ever since last year November. The card code never came up on my bank statement like the FNB help to link your accounts states. I've being trying to do this for months in arrow and just can't managed to link the accounts, but what I did notices this morning was my sms's from the bank...... transactions declined 5 off them. All 5 of my failed attempts I get charge onto my account very quickly R8.50 per transaction, that they can add quickly to my account but not the card code I requested. FNB is *****ing my money. I cannot link the 2 accounts due to not receiving the card code on my statement but you don't mind *****ing my money for failed attempts. Worst is FNB don't even call you back with disputes. I've open a Global FNB account due to this problem and asks FNB to close it within 2 weeks after I open it, because FNB charges South Africans that opens a Global account, overseas banking charges for an account opened in south Africa, by a South African. They charges 20 dollars for a bank card, that was made in Johannesburg and sent to your local FNB. What the f@@@ck is this, over R300 for a bank card made in South Africa for an South African. It would pay me to open an account in the USA, let them sent me the card and transfer the money into another bank like ABSA or Capitec...........
It is Tuesday. Still waiting for FNB. No one from FNB has contacted me regarding my complaint. All I received is an acknowledgement of the complain.
