From decenber 2019 i contacted FNB to report a debit order from my account that i didn't recognize. it has been 6 months the debit order still go through and FNB still not able to reverse the debit order or tell me from who it comes from please see below messages

Good day Ncebakazi, Thank you for your message and I hope you will help me with an issue i have been have on my cheque account but haven't received any help from FNB to date In December 2019 , there was a transaction that i didn't recognize and went to my branch to find out and i was referred to the ***** department and i received a form to fill and i did. and did hear anything after that. In January the same transaction went though and contacted my my service suite on FNB App and they open case ref CAS_***_C7V2C8 and promised an answer in 5 to 7 days haven't heard anything since then. The case involve a debit order of R 179 from INBODYLAD 0041BA99. The debit order doesn't show on my debit order list but the money is dedacted every month from my account and nobody at FNB seems to know how to find who they are and how to stop it Please advise God bless Paul Yoyo
