Below is the response from FNB.
What kind of a bank which cant reverse a transaction that is not yet successful!!! FN it is your fault because i reported this incident in time before the money was in the recipient's account.
I WANT MY MONEY BACK.
I WILL GO TO AS MANY PLATFORMS AS AVAILABLE TO PUBLISH THIS!!!
Good Day MISS MERCY V HUNIPEMS ref no : ***We refer to your recent enquiry regarding a Disputed transaction on ***2 for the amount of R717.01 LAWRAFASHION
which was debited to your account. We regret to inform you that we are not in a position to handle this dispute with the merchant on your behalf. In order for this transaction/s to be processed, an OTP (One Time PIN) sent to a customer’s registered cellphone or email address is required to be entered as final approval for the secure online transaction to be authorised. Our records indicate that this was a secure transaction performed with a One Time PIN. Therefore the bank is unable to assist any further.Regards
