Good day Case numbet : *** Please assit my name is Siyanga Mubita Katumwa I logged a *****elent case last week . On 7th October 2021 time 08:48 , Got text message that sla time is 24_48hours. Sla time elapsed . On the 11th October time duration 08:52 Got sms stating that My complaint has been assigned to Retail Service Recovery we looking onto it and will contact you shortly . Please note I have not received anyfeedack yet.
