*****elant charge ignore by FNB

I had a case where close to R1500 where debited from my credit card, without my consent or knowledge from what appears to be S****share. I checked and I only have a free account and now courses bought, nor is my account details on there.

So that made me even more sure it was *****elant.

I contact FNB and they rep**** with the form I needed to claim back the money. Only to find that they said they cannot pay it back and it is between me and the provider.

Even though I showed them evidence of no products being bought on the S****share site.

I cannot just let someone ***** my hard-earned money. Please can someone from FNB, that actually cares, help me?

I need this to survive this month and I really expected more from a bank I respected.
