*****alent Homeloan Application

I have an enquiry on my ITC report from FNB Homeloans, I disputed it with experian and I'm being told FNB says they have credible evidence that I app**** for home loan pre-approval last year in February.

This was only recently added to my itc profile, I monitor my profille montlhly. Also I have not app**** for any credit in about 3 years since I'm trying to recover financial.

So I call fnb homeloans to check who app**** for credit on my name, indeed there was an application. They transfer me to the ***** dept, ***** transfers me back to fnb homeloans.

I don't need these up & downs. I need to know details of that application. When, how? There's a lot of identity ***** doing rounds in SA, FNB this is rather urgent!!!!
