***** with FNB

I went on the 27 June 2019 to open a fixed account. Then suddenly on 1/08/2019 an amount of R90 is taken from FNB for a Law on Call thing. I did not asked for it. I let them know immediately to cancel it. I am 4 years without a job. Then they send me the policy again. And I emailed again now almost 10 times. A lady Daphney Mmota, an administrator -*** phoned me this morning, was so rude to me, and tell me I must go to the branch, I must wait 50 minutes and wait for a consultant and I must use my own time and fuel to sort it out. What kind of people are these FNB staff. It was their mistake!!!They put it on my account, they must removed it and they should pay me back. Now they don't want to pay me back, so where is that money. If they do it with 10 persons a day, they score R900 in their pockets. Is this how the new South Africa is working. This is disgusting!!
