***** with cancelled card can’t lodge complaint
My mother’s card was swallowed by the atm. We cancelled immediately yet few days later, there are 3 transactions from remote places we’ve never been to. Tried logging a ***** complaint yet system is unavailable

19 Mar 2021, 05:52I got the call, lodged a complaint and guess what, they said They’d get back to me in two weeks. Well guess what? Yet another ********** transaction on a cancelled card. Kindly just close the account because this is getting out of hand
