***** ... Why so long to investigate?

Dear Fnb

I'm sure you can empathize that having ***** committed on your banking profile is an emotionally traumatic experience. Why then would you add to this trauma by taking so long to investigate this incident.

Are you aware that people do not keep liquid cash lying around thier homes which they can use to survive while you investigate? Further what happens to my salary and debit orders scheduled to come in around the 25th if your investigation is not concluded ?

Highly insensitive and leaves me feeling like I am being punished for the acts of ********** who have since taken my money and are now enjoying it too .

Dear FNB

I tried to get an update today on my case . My case is with digital ***** and after 4 phone calls I was unable to speak to the investigating officer or the team leader.

My understanding was this case was given priority as understood from your communications FNB , yet I am tne one running in circles to get an update on my own funds.

What now happens to my debit orders for My bond ? Or my salary ? It feels like you just don't care and that I am being punished while the ********** have been rewarded with My hard earned cash .

Dear FNB

9 working days later and still not a single phone call or email update received. SO MUCH FOR BEING A PRIORITY! I bet if I had owed your establishment money you would be calling me every 5 mins ans even after hours .

You would be hemorrhaging customers and clearly you don't care . Someone who has been a client for years when they needed you the most you pushed them into the open arms of another bank .
