***** !!! Unauthorised debit reported 29/12/2016 to call center and La Lucia branch 30/12/2016 no feedback

29 December i awoke to 2 debits having been actioned off my account, I have not autorised this nor have I spent the money, I call the call center as urgent, as I am a student, I rely on the amount left in my account to pay my debit orders (vodacom), call center both times i have called have been extremely unhelpful, spoke to one of the team leaders, given incorrect information (I must pay for the request to be logged and my new card to be issued as they would need to cancel my current one) explaining I am a student i cannot afford for this, thus i havnt spent this money. Team leader and both agents are not interested in my concern, not willing to assist in possible reversal / stop of the debits.

30 December I head to the La Lucia branch, understaffed, customers are now queing out the door, as seats are not available. I get served by a rude employee, I call him out on this, his attitude is as if hes doing me the favor,

He assists in completing 2 forms as follows

Cheque and debit card outstanding authorisation reversal request

and

Cheque and debit card ***** claim form

both forms confirming the 2 debits of R344.35 each

I look past his manner in which I was assisted as I now feel I am getting somewhere, WRONG

I had recieved an sms on 6/01/2017 confirming the request for an amount of R342.56 x 2 has been acknowledged

WHAT HAPPEND TO THE REMAINING R1,79 x 2 (Yes i know this is a minimal amount but the principal behind the matter is why I am arguing this)

to date no call / sms to confirm any feedback

I now recieve an sms querying my debit card dispute experiance ????

SORT my issue out then bother about the experiance your customers are having

lastly i feel it extremely ********* for you to constantly be smsing me to confirm my account is in excess and threatening me that I am dishonouring a debit,

My account will remain in excess until such time i feel my money is going to be safe. especially if you cannot reverse a *****ulant transaction, and then charge me further for a bounced debit because funds were *****ulantly taken from my account.

your staff could have offered to stop any and all debits running off my account.

I feel I am paying FNB thousands each year and getting used and abused in return.

Please have a senior manager call me.
