*****: Unauthorised debit MULTID FORAANDG

I picked up ***** on my bank account this morning with an unauthorised debit order from MULTID FORAANDG.

When I flag that this is ***** with FNB it is dismissed as a matter for the debit orders department.

My issues: 1. How does FNB allow these debits without my consent? 2. There is no acknowledgement that is ***** from FNB so i have no confidence that this wont happen again. 3. i am now being charged to reverse a debit order that i never approved. This is the banks error.

This is a huge security risk for any FNB customer and from previous reviews this ***** account "MULTID FORAANDG" has been going on since 2016 and the banks doing nothing to flag or stop these ***** transactions.
