***** transaction FNB

On 29 December 2021 2 ***** transactions was on my bank account at 6 am I contact the bank on ***** line at 7 am I was told to complete a form and send to Debitcardauth not to say nothing happened 28 February 2022 after varies queries I was told to contact the merchant What merchant? Very bad communication from FNB ,none at all
