***** & Theft

So on the 11th and 12th of February I opened a business bank account and re opened my private checque account and deposited R300 into the account , I subsequently asked them to change the account from a Private Chq account to a Gold Chq account , now all of a sudden the account is closed and the balance of the money is missing WHAT THE **** , this is theft and ***** and I will be taking legal action against FNB
