***** services are not doing their job

This is sadly the second time i am writing a very disappointing review about FNB. Their ***** services are very questionable. Money was withdrawn three times on the same day at different times at a random ATM and for some reason the bank thought that was normal??? I received no cautious call and no notifications for the withdrawals. My mother received a phone call from Standard Bank when an unfami**** company tried to withdraw R0.5 from her standard bank account... 5 CENTS!!!!!!!!!!! More than R5000 was withdrawn from my account on several occasions and FNB couldn't find fault in that??? I am quite upset about your ***** services. Kindly conduct an investigation on these withdrawals because i would very much like my money back.
