I would like to thank the FNB in Natal Bank branch in durban for the efficient service received today.I went on Monday to lodge a ***** claim with them,Portia assisted in completing the forms and sending them off on my behalf.The following day the branch manager called and assisted further .I received an sms saying my monies would be refunded and my card arrived in the said time..and I saw a security guard at the atm ! Thank you FNB
