***** purchases using my bank card

Good day,this morning I saw a message a transaction was done with my card at 5:30 am when I reached my working place I called FNB the lady whom I spoke to told me that the money will be reversed to my account I just need to sign a dispute form I told her that it will be a hustle for me then I decided to go to one FNB branch in Fourways mall the consultant whom I spoke to informed me that there was I card open I asked him how because I have my bank card with me but he was not clear to me,he told me it's not the first time FNB experience such a thing I asked him what is it they doing about it but he never gave me a clear answer then he cancelled my current card he then opened a new card,he told me that he lodged a ***** I will be contacted within 5 to 10 working days I asked him what about my money,will it be reversed to my account he said there is no guarantee of that.Am not happy about FNB how is it someone can create a duplicate card using my details how did they create a duplicate card without my consent it really doesn't make sense to me if am not gonna get my money back am cancelling my account with.
