***** promise
3 months back I opened account in FNB Clearwater,,,the consultant who was assisting me said should I open cheque account I will qualify for 60 % off in funeral cover and also should I get paid 3 times FNB will give me R1500
I went yesterday and when enquiries about money they now changed the stories and said I should have had debit order on the account which wasn't explained to me initially
I found this as a sort of **** to get more customers as criteria never presented to me
They promise to call me today and no one ever bother to call ,,,,this is a bad service especially I didn't ask for it

03 Nov 2022, 17:09No resolution but only petrol I waste to go for apologies ,,,I would like my account to be closed and ALSO cancel my funeral as honestly you can't trust them with funeral while they have tell you lies from the on go
T$C that were not there when they told me about the campaign I wasn't aware of it at all
I really don't want anything to do with with them at all ,,,,I will also push on with this until it's resolve for future reference
