***** prevention? What a JOKE

So I received a letter addressed to someone I have never met, regarding some loan they have taken out at my address. I called your ***** line and got sent in circles because I'm not a FNB client? It's bull**** like this that makes it VERY unlikely that I will ever switch to FNB, and what's worse is that nobody has assisted me in any way. I have to question your policies as I am the homeowner for 2 years now, how was this loan granted? Did nobody verify if the person is indeed affiliated with that address? I should not need to be spending my time finding out why **** like this is happening, when your AMAZING security and anti-***** features should have prevented this.
