***** on your account? Not our problem!!!!!

On the 29th of October my card was ****** out of my wallet. At 5:34 am transactions started going off my account to the sum of R330.00 where two transactions had been completed. My account only had R500.00 in it with no overdraft facility available. These transactions continued and I received sms saying "Tranx declined due to CVV Failure. 3 digit security number incorrect or missing" Now I have no idea what this means? This was also done at a tavern later in the morning where they somehow managed to get another R105.00. I contacted FNB to cancel my card and lay a claim with the ***** unit. I was promised a response in 24-48 hours. After a few days I had to actually contact them as nobody had gotten back to me. I was told sorry my claim was declined as they had my pin number! I found this unacceptable and told them want to take it further. I had to then lay a complaint with FNB complaints department where I was told once again someone would phone me in 24-48 hours time. This was about 2/3 weeks ago and am still waiting!!! I find it totally unacceptable that now from having R500 in the account to being R1500 overdrawn!!! I don't know how they managed to get my card to go through but assume something to do with CVV number, issue is I am not the bank and I pay bank fees to ensure this does not happen and should it they will investigate and keep my money safe. I have a business account with hundreds of thousands what would their response be had it been that account? Seems because my personal account doesn't have much money lying in it they are not concerned about the little guy? Should this not be resolved I will be moving my business account to one of their competitors. Come on FNB live up to your promises as SA top bank!
