***** ON MY CARD. CANT GET THROUGH FROM OVERSEAS

I am overseas. There is ***** on my account. For the last 3 days I have been calling FNB, spent over 50 euros in skype credit. Mostly got disconnected after waiting for over 15 minutes for each call. 2 of the last agents promised to call back if I get disconnected again but didn't. Don't know what else to do .
