***** ON MY ACCOUT
In September 2014,someone used my cell phone banking to access money from account, I lodged the complain from FNB Branch in Benoni and I was informed that I cannot be refunded the amount which was used to buy electricity and airtime as they suspect that I have given someone my cell phone banking pin.<br> the amount used was 1554,the money used for electricity in ethekheni municipality though I don't even know eThekwini municipality, please help me so the bank must refund me the money
