***** ON MY ACCOUNT VIA EWALLET PLATFORM!!!

Dear FNB. I am very dissapointed in your ewallet services which has now turned into a way to inconvenience customers and a platform for *****. I sent an ewallet to someone on the 22nd September at 08:48am to the amount of R660 from my son's account, sms notifications for this transaction received on both ends. To her suprise when she went to withdraw, the money it's not available, this transaction is not even reflecting on her ewallet statement which seems very flawed. Your branch consultants told her the transaction is reversed however hid the fact that actually there were 2 transactions which the second one i didn't even authorise and only one was reversed. I checked on my statement only to find that i was even billed twice and i never authorised the second transaction,y one transaction was reversed and the second transaction is supposed to reflect in her account which is not . I didn't get notification for any of these transactions ( second transaction and the reversal), everything is happening on your side busy on a customer's account without notifying customers on what is happening or calling to inform them of the system error or atleast send sms notification which is infact a sign that someone was busy internally on my account and made sure this transaction is wiped on your system on the receiver's end. I will actually be calling the ***** department about it. I called FNB 30 September spoke to Sibusiso Zwane - RF*** who actually confirmed that he can see both transactions went through acknowledged the mistake and only then informed me there's a bankwide system error and all the money will be returned to customer's ewallet by COB 30 September. It's now 11:44 01 October and we are still waiting the money is not reflecting. No one cared to inform the account holder about this technical/system issue instead FNB is sitting with customer's money and we are the ones who are inconveniened. I need this resolved A.S.A.P and my money returned either to the ewallet number or to my account today!!!!
