***** ON FNB ATM GUANDI SQUARE

My name is Siyanga Katumwa, I need helping getting my refund of R4000 that was taken *****enly from the Fnb Atm in Guandi Square ,Time duration 19:18. When I went to the first Atm I inserted my card and pin, but after that the machine was not responding to anything, i then cancelled and went to the 2nd Atm on the 2nd atm it was the same process, The machine was not responding after I put my pin number, then i joined the que for depositing to draw from there. Please note the securiy guard was walking around 5o metres from the atm??? On the 3rd Atm after inserting my card , it did not give an option to enter my pin, when I TRIED TO CANCEL AND TAKE back my card. The card refused to come out and the MACHINE gave me option to enter my Id No? I punched in my Id no.. Then the Machine was displaying DOTS ( FOR PRIVACY ) however that did not wprk out, as the reaponse was invalid Id. THEN i tried to put my pin number, Strange enough my PIN NUMBER WAS DISPLAYED ON THE SCREEN, THEN i quickly cancelled. Then immeditely I went to the App trying to block my card. WHILE I was going through the App, I guy went immeditely to the same Atm and took a few seconds and He left, just before card was blocked got a message that R4000 had been withdrawn. Please note that there was no Notification On All Atms that highlighted that Atm were not working. Are there securities assigned to be around the Atm around 19:00 ? Please note i logged a case with the ***** department agent adviced me that investigation will be done , sla time is 3-7 days. Please assit . Thank you
