***** on fnb account

***** was committed on my account back in June.i submitted an affidavit to sunward park branch 2 days later.i don’t know how many times I’ve been to that branch since then only to be told Sello from ***** is dealing with the query or will call me.Sello eventually called me 4 weeks ago,he still needed a police statement l.i told him the bank has this.he promised to contact me in a weeks time.4 weeks later I’m still waiting.R40000 was used from my account is a space of 2 days and the bank didn’t even pick on any suspicious activity.i had my phone with the entire time.i would like for this matter to come to a close.is this how you treat your elderly clients FNB?Your lack of urgency has been very disappointing.This is my ref number ref***.
