***** on FNB acc

Still being harassed by FNB to pay my outstanding Credit Card instalment even though the reason that i'm in arrears is due to ***** on my account and still nothing has being done about it!! I have sent through all the relevant documentation they requested on the 11th and 17th of November but got zero feedback or response then only when posting a review here do they say i will be contacted which never even happened, simply only got sent me an email stating they never got any documentation from me so i sent it through again on the 1st of December and still no response or feedback and nothing has been done about the ***** on my accounts. Seriously pathetic customer service and i'm disgusted at how i as your client are being treated!!
