***** on Debit Card with no feedback

I received an sms for a transaction on my FNB Cheque card on Sunday Evening 31 March for the amount of R1187.54 at 23:09. I was asleep during this time. I only saw this sms on Monday morning and phoned FNB first thing to confirm that this was not a transaction that I approved or had knowledge off. I was emailed documents to fill and and also downloaded additional documents which I emailed through. I also took liberty to cancel my debit card. I was told that it will take 7 days before the money will be recovered or before I get feedback. Yesterday when logging into my account I realized that this transaction went off my account last week Friday on the 5th of April!!! I've been on hold the whole day yesterday to get some feedback. Eventually a consultant answered the phone at 16:30 only to transfer me again to a department which is experiencing high call volumes!!! How am I suppose to get feedback if I can't get through to FNB - I've even result to send a message through Facebook messenger with no feedback . I phoned the number again early this morning and again had to put the call down after holding on for minutes. Can I please urgently be contacted to resolve this matter!
