***** on debit card. Two weeks still no card

This bank is pathetic. We live on a farm in a small town the only banks that are here is ABSA and FNB so I decided to move from capitec bank to FNB. Worst mistake ever. FIrst I was advise to open a spousal account because my husband is with them as well. Well going in each day the lady said that it keeps on throwing out an error. Well after struggling for a week she just went right ahead and opened a cheque account.

After a week I got a notification regarding a debit order that cant go off because I dont have funds in my account. Phoned the call centre it was a company overseas. went through to the ***** department. My card was canceld and a new one was ordered. Sorry about the inconvenience mam but you will have your new card in 5 to 7 working days. Get a call on Monday they have me on the system for delivering my card, but sorry mam we cant tell you when. Wednesday I phoned FNB and went through to the courier service. Yes mam you are here on the system you will have your card no later than Friday.. Well its Friday no sms saying my card is on its way and no card has been delivered. please bare in mind I have been without my card for 2 weeks and I cant put petrol in my car or buy food because I have no card.

Please consider before moving to FNB their servicee is ****ty!!
