***** ON CREDIT CARD

I think it is absolutely appauling that after a month of waiting for someone to get back to me regarding ***** on my credit card, i had to call to find out that the transaction sms i received was stopped in time and reversed back on to my card. No one followed up with me, no one called to tell me this, no one sent me an email notifiying me of this resolution. I was also told that when the money hasnt gone off the card FNB do not contact the client to let them know this is the outcome. I find it appauling that the client has to call to follow up on what should be FNB's customer service job. We pay you guys every month to look after our money and when there is ***** involved FNB should og above and beyond to let the client know it was resolved and to send them some sort of confirmation of resolution. I was in the bush when this happened, had to go into the staffs office to give you guys all the relevant information in order to investigate this event and i dont even receive a phone call or email telling me its been resolved? Its appauling service and very tempting to switch to another bank.
