***** on cheque card

Fnb keeps on failing me when it comes to online purchases... Purchases that im not aware of keeps on happening time after time i keep on reporting the mater to ***** but they security is insufficient...

Im highly dissapointment at their lack of effort to protect customers from *****... I reported a ***** on my cheque card on 29 Sept.. Till today no response when you follow up the line is forever busy.... I need this matter to be resolved ASAP.
