***** on business account...

***** case reported 10 days ago, i had to phone up more than 70 rand airtime just to get feedback, 30min on a phone call from different machine options. Now it will take 48hours from the bank to get funds back into a business account. This is pathetic service with no security on the cards they issue, then they make you take a card because you cant draw money from an account without a card, but the cards have poor security and i must pay 80 each time for a new card. How does this make sense???
