***** on accounts under Debtreview

I would've given a zero if I could. I'm under debt review since 28th October 2022. I pay my creditors through my Debt review company. So imagine my surprise this morning when the've taken the monthly payment for my revolving loan against my new bank account. It was not debited or a debimandate was not send to me for approval. It doesn't show on my account's transaction history. I've got an incontact message which I can't dispute or reverse, it is ******* to do this and FNB you should know this. Now my refund will take 7 working days, but this is ***** and it did not take seven days to ***** that money from my account. I want my refund immediately and all my debit orders stopped from FNB's side, or else the bank omudsman is my next stop.
