***** on account and no help over two weeks.

Still not a word in over two weeks from FNB regarding R5000,R4000,R1000 that has been ****** from my account. FNB ***** department logged it and I have not heard a word ever since. R10000 has been ****** from my account and still has not been returned to me first ref was ***NF, still not resolved. Im Thinking now of leaving to another bank after how many years with FNB no help at all.
