***** not Resolved

FNB how can l help you to kill you and crush you. FNB with a huge mainframe can not resolve an issue at a click of a button. My issue is ***** that took place in June and is still being investigated in November? There are not many transactions in my account. Even a ****a shop in Alexander would have resolved my problem by now. Why the delay, what is the hold up ? How difficult is it too resolve outstanding issue in today's society?
