***** not followed up
My bank card was ****** and I cancelled my card. Now my card is being used at toll gates. I reported ***** but after 7 days there has been no follow up from the bank and my money is still being used.

29 May 2020, 09:44It has been 48 hours and still no one has called me from the bank I just got an sms saying they will be in conact. Still everyday money is being used at toll gates and I am worried. Why am I not a priority for the bank. I am considering moving to a new bank.
