***** not dealt with

I had the following 3 debit orders last year. It was a company called Khonophambili (never heard of them or engage their service) requesting DigiCash to draw money on my account. <br> <br> 23 Sep Naedo Collection Kp Dbn 1cwws Digicash140923 99.00 <br> 24 Oct Naedo Collection Digicash 00bts Kp Dbn 141024 99.00<br> 17 Dec Digicash 135xy KP DNB 141217 99.00<br> <br> I reported the issue and was given the following reference number: 595678. I eventually got the last debit order refunded, and signed the forms at Montague Garden Branch to investigate the previous 2. A month passed by, FNB didn't give me any feedback. <br> <br> Can someone let me know what is happening?
