***** National Bandits ?...

For the last 40 days FNB "***** investigations" have done absolutely nothing to assist in the investigation and return of my funds paid to a ********** company who own an account with them. The "investigator" assigned to me never bothered to contact me unless I travelled to a branch to phone and ask what was the status of their investigations. FNB refused to even look into the matter until I presented them with a signed affidavit and case number for identity theft and ***** against this "company". I offered to present them with files of evidence in this matter and FNB investigators never even responded. Eventually after the holidays I sent an email pleading that they give me an outcome. What they offered me is an explanation stating "we confirm your money was paid to this company, regrettably it has already been spent for your account. if you are unhappy with the result, contact the ombudsman".

It was brought to my attention by the investigation department weeks before their findings, that my report and complaints of the ********** company was by no means the first!!! Why would FNB allow this company to continue to receive money to their account, or have one at all!!! FNB is soliciting crimal activity at the expense of all its other clients, big or small... So I have gone without the use of my personal accounts, over the festive season, lost the money sent to a ******** company who FNB protect, and all my accounts slowly fall into arrears because I can't safely transact. Yet FNB phone me to ask ME for money to pay my FNB credit account that they showed no interest investigating, rather left to accumulate while "performing an investigation".

AND FURTHER FNB "investigations" refuse to provide any form of evidence indicating they did investigate at all!!! The tactic is simple, keep the unfortunate victim waiting and running around until their accounts accumulate or the victim will eventually give up ( then it's no cost to FNB ). This "division" is apparently not even affiliated with FNB and refuse to provide me with a registration number so I may fill a 205 form for dispute. Could it be the ********** company and the investigation department are affiliated somehow???.

FNB, how can they help you?... They can't.
