*****, money theft

I lost my card I went to the branch and reported it and a new card was issued. weeks after that my account/card was used in Tollgates N3 in various occasions in total R1800 was been taken while my card was with me and in a different province working. I reported this over a month ago and was told they will refund me after 31 days after 40 days I went to the branch in Pinetown was told the department does not work weekends. I only get off weekends last time I had to take leave to sort out this...how can I card be closed and still be used by someone else, how is that my problem when I reported it. this is very wrong I WANT MY MONEY BACK FNB.
