***** is ***** - what more should I do-

I am on the verge of loosing my mind.

\The decision to decline your request for a refund is based on the following findings:

a) The card is PIN and Chip based - the card was in your possession and the PIN is known to the cardholder exclusively - I called and reported ***** once the SMS came through on my phone - phone had been off and I immediately advised FNB ***** - went to the venue of ***** and obtained Footage of two strangers utilising my card - I have the footage and case has since been opened at the Police
b) The case could not be linked to any other reported ***** cases and does not form part of normal modus operandi of ********** - This is frustrating as I wont know the MO but I know for certain my card and pin compromised - the people on the footage are know card ********** ( based on my investigations)
c) Transactions occured in the area where you normally transact\" - This proves the point that I do not know these ******* nor did they know I am a resident of Kdorp.

I am frustrated and upset that a bank i have been with for over 25 years - would question my integrity and not even compare notes of the investigation. ***** has occurred on my account- I have footage!"
