***** investigation not solved

I've been calling FNB ***** department since the 15th of February because they listed one of my accounts und2r ***** investigation and I was never told about nor did I receive any communication till date. They keep on referring me to numbers that are only answering machines and giving an email address *** who has not responded to my email. I've called countless times and they fail to fix the issue of get ahold of this person called Nhlamulo Baloyi. I've been banking with FNB for years now and I am disappointed on this issue. So far zero communication and zero care to fix this issue thye have created without letting me know. FIX IT!!!!
