***** incident reported that FNB ignored
I reported to FNB through Standard Bank a **** on the 3rd of November 2021 that had happened on the 2nd of November 2021. I requested to FNB reverse the transaction and investigate the receipient because the reciept is an account holder at FNB. Upto now they have not given me feedback whether the money is still in the account or not. The money was meant to pay for my mother's medical costs and I have followed up several times on the matter and indicated that i needed the money urgently and FNB never put me on priority.
Upto now the 30th of November I have not received any feedback from FNB and I can follow with them directly i have to do it via Standard Bank which makes the whole process ineffecient.
Things like ****s require swift solutions to protect people's monies from *********. There is need for constant communication so that the party ****med can make alternatives. I wanted to take the matter to police and hunt down the ******* but I can't do that because FNB is holding back information. Now I feel its already too late.
FNB is a big bank why should not they stream line the ***** response process and protect public funds instead of fuelling ***** through their operations. I was quite confident, but serious they should do better, I least expected such a disservice from FNB especially in times of crisis and there is nothing much I can do except them.
Below is the response that I am getting from Standard Bank for the longest time. And I getting a response from FNB to say I need to liaise with Standard Bank AGAIN please be considerate, you are dealing with matters that are affecting a household finances. 30 days is too long time to investigate and reverse the money back.
