***** & IMPROPER MARKET CONDUCT

I have asked FNB to look into the multiple unauthorised debit orders that have been effected on my cheque account for months now, and I have yet to find assistance. The said debit orders come from ABSA, all for under R100 (because the ********s know that anything above R99 will set off alarms). The names of these companies change every single month (any Forensic Analyst worth their salt would know that this is a dead giveaway, but I guess FNB could care less about employing decent analysts). And another dead give away is that the debit orders come through at different time of the month, which means they are not legitimate. Also, it's your job to flag new debit order before they are effected...you know...like how NEDBANK DOES. I have also asked, countless times, for them to create new account for me (yes, I pay for this!!!), move my money and legitimate debit orders to the new account, and this too has yet to be done!!! I'm left with no choice but to formally submit a complaint to the Banking Ombudsman to highlight the level of incompetence and lack of proper market conduct practices displayed by FNB. Further to that, I will be raising a formal complaint with the Information Security Regulator, with regard to exposing my personal information (uniquely identifiable account number) to ********. Hopefully FNB will be the 1st bank to face the consequences in this regard!
