***** Focus Not Responding

Good day

I had a misunderstanding with my client on last week Tuesday 20 February and he called you to freeze my account and no one even bothered to verify with me what was happening. We then sorted out the misunderstanding and he instructed you to remove the hold on my account that was on Wednesday 21 February,he even sent you all the relavant info you asked him to and now it's Monday in a new week and my account is still frozen.

I called in yesterday to check what was happening and I was told to sit and wait for FNB investigators to do their investigations. What's there to investigate because the matter is sorted already? An affidavit from the police was sent in on Wednesday 21 February.

Please someone advise me as to whats happening, I can't just be seated and wait not knowing what's happening. I need to make a refund to my client.

My details are as follow:

********** 352087 JT Khosi Acc no: ********** 8325 Gold Cheque Acc Cell: **********

I expect some communication from you. All the e-mails I sent since last week haven't been responded to.

Thanks

Still got no communication whatsoever. Why is it so hard to unfreeze my account or maybe it's just a plan for me to lose the money that's in there. It took them less than 30mins to freeze my account with no questions asked and now it's taking a whole week to unfreeze it even after all the documents they asked for were sent through.
