***** FNB Money is not Safe at FNB

Good day Hello Peter , i would like to express my Dissapointment with FNB , i reported a ***** case and I got such a poor responds from Fnb . On 26 - 08 - 2020 , i have send my banking details to supplier called Turtlegreeck , to do a refund for outstanding masks they never supp**** me after i paid them in full , the very same day after giving them my banking details , TurtleGreek withdraw R9233 , from my account , i reported the matter with the ***** deparment at FNB , and my accounts where frozen. I was told a schedule payment was done on my account without my authorisation . I am not happy how Kim Mitchell at ***** department handled this matter. All need Hello Peter to help me to find out who accessed my account . My account at risk at FNB , i did not get any proof that is showing who process the scheldule payment , Kim Mitchell told me that the 31 August the payment was loaded 2 days before it went off on the 26 August , and she later called me and said it was loaded on 4 June , and which is not true. I did an EFT to pay turtlegreeck on the 4 of June and i have proof . No scheldule was done . Please help.
