*****: FNB ALLOWS DECEASED PERSON'S CARD TO BE EMPTIED UNAUTHORISED
A person with no permission is using the FNB card of a deceased person and I have reported it at the FNB branch but they do nothing about it. I tried to call the ***** line numerous times but they never never never answer that line. I have notified that person using the card that it is ********** to do that but he just continues using the card. I even presented the Brooklyn branch with the death certificate and this person is still using that card!!!!!!!!!!!
