***** FNB

Went overseas for a holiday, was told I need to activate my international travel, at the airport before departing from Johannesburg I called FNB and they put me through to an automated system to activate international travel.

21 hours later I reach Thailand and go to the atm there to withdraw money and my account had a zero balance.

I emailed FNB and they had told me my card had been cloned and all money has been taken from my account.

Being in a foreign country with no money for food or even water, I had to make means to borrow money, because firstly the card got cloned because of FNB automated system. Secondly I only got the money back when I got back to SA a week later.

As a private client, the service was poor, treatment was even poorer. Unacceptable.
