I withdrew using my card on Sunday the 10th of July 2022 and money was deducted from my account and early hours of today 14th of July 2022 the same transaction was made and money was again deducted from my current balance. I tried calling the call Centre and going into the branch we they said they cannot see the funds being taken twice, this is unacceptable. i would like this resolved asap. - i seen in the complaints comments there is a similar issue to mine with the same dates and money taken twice out of the account - so clearly FNB has a major problem. and yes i call this ***** as FNB cannot or does not want to notice that money was taken twice out of my account.
