Last year FNB changed my monthly payment plan on my cheque account without my knowledge.. "to pay as you use" and for that my monthly fees were higher ranging from R800 to R1200 and when I inquired I was told I chose a higher plan which was not true! When I went to the branch, then I was told they don't know why it was change because that kind of a plan is only for businesses people not normal employees, and I was changed back to the plan I chose.. So I will like them dating back to the time they changed my plan to pay me back all the money they charged falsely!!!!
