Unauthorized debit orders are being made on my account.

I have callled FNB several times and only being put through to someone else. It has been very frustrating with no help at all.

I have tried to stop the ********** debit orders and had to pay for the reversal of them. After the order is reversed the debit order cannot be stopped and gets taken off again a few days later.

Why can no one help me stop these activities on my account. I did not FNB permission to pay this account. This morning another debit order came off of over R11 000

FNB has no interest in helping preventing *****.
