***** Division, NO feedback to date.

Greetings FNB,

I have a complaint lodged with FNB ***** Division on my Encore Account related to a Vodacom subscription. The complaint was lodged by Woodstock FNB Cape Town as I had to go to the bank to lodge the complaint. This was done on or about 25-26 March 2022.

To date I haven't heard a word from FNB ***** Division, I also don't have a reference number.

I need to know where is this matter standing and when my funds will be transferred back to my account for this unauthorized transaction.
